# OpenAtoZ

> OpenAtoZ is a UK sole-trader service run by Bill that gets practical jobs done for small businesses, from A to Z: instant enquiry replies, AI and workflow automation, websites, content and lead lists. Each job has a fixed scope, is built in accounts you own and is handed over with plain-English notes. There is no lock-in.

OpenAtoZ ("anything from A to Z, done for you") is the trading name of Bill, a sole trader in the United Kingdom, just starting out. It does practical, done-for-you jobs for UK small businesses: automations, websites, content, lead lists and small digital products. Work is remote, during UK working hours. There are no client reviews or client case studies yet; the portfolio contains demo builds with fictional data, each labelled "Demo build – not a client project". OpenAtoZ is not a marketplace and does not resell other freelancers.

- **Who is behind OpenAtoZ?** Bill, a UK-based sole trader who builds practical automations and web projects. OpenAtoZ is just starting, so there are no client reviews or case studies yet. The portfolio shows working demos built with fictional data, each labelled as a demo.
- **Do I have to pay a monthly fee?** No. Work is priced as a one-off fixed fee and runs in accounts you own. Optional monthly care for Reply-in-5 is £39 and can be cancelled any time.
- **Who owns what you build?** You do: the forms, sheets, scripts, workflows, templates and written guide. There is no licence from me and nothing to cancel.
- **Do you have reviews?** Not yet. Real reviews will be added only from real clients, with their permission. Nothing on this site is a client result.
- **Does Reply-in-5 answer phone calls?** No. It handles written enquiries: website forms, WhatsApp and lead-platform alerts. If missed calls are the problem, I will say so.
