Who runs OpenAtoZ?
OpenAtoZ is run by Bill, a sole trader based in the UK. I build practical automations, websites and small digital products for small businesses. I am just starting out, so there are no client reviews or case studies yet; instead I show working demos with fictional data and offer a walk-through before you hire.
How do you work with clients?
Every job has a fixed price for a fixed scope, agreed in writing before work starts. I build in your accounts, test with you before handover and leave a short written guide. I only ask for the access a job needs, give it back at the end, and keep no copies of your data.
What I won't do
- Promise numbers of jobs, bookings or revenue. I promise the system works as described.
- Send cold marketing emails or texts on your behalf.
- Lock you into a subscription or a tool you can't leave.
- Claim Reply-in-5 answers phone calls. It handles written enquiries.
Tools I use
Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Forms, n8n (self-hosted), Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, Tally, the WhatsApp Business app, webhooks and REST APIs, JavaScript, and AI APIs where they genuinely help.
