Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-10-09. Draft, to be reviewed before launch. Not legal advice.

Who we are

OpenAtoZ is the trading name of Bill [surname placeholder], a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Address: [Business address placeholder: to be added before launch]. Contact: hello@openatoz.pages.dev (placeholder).

Scope and price

Each job is priced as a fixed fee for a fixed scope, set out in a written scope before work starts. Anything not listed in the scope is out of scope and will be quoted separately before it is done.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in each scope or invoice. [Payment terms placeholder.] Optional monthly care can be cancelled at any time and is never required.

Ownership

On payment, you own what is built for you: forms, sheets, scripts, workflows, templates and guides. Everything runs in your accounts, and there is no licence fee to OpenAtoZ.

Reply-in-5 guarantee

Working in 48 hours, or you pay nothing. Once you've given me access, I'll have Reply-in-5 live and passing a test enquiry within 48 hours. If it isn't, you pay nothing, and I'll refund anything you've paid.

30-day remove-and-refund. If, within 30 days of handover, you decide it isn't worth it, tell me. I'll remove the script and triggers from your account (your sheet and data stay with you) and refund what you paid in full.

The 48-hour period starts when access has been granted and the form exists; delays caused on the client side pause it. Refunds go back by the same payment method within 7 days.

What we don't promise

We do not promise a number of jobs, bookings or revenue. We promise that what we build works as described in the scope.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of messages sent from your accounts and for following the rules that apply to your marketing, including UK PECR. Our PECR notes are plain-English guidance, not legal advice.

Products

Products marked "coming soon" are not on sale. Terms for each product will be shown on its listing at launch.

Liability

[Liability clause placeholder: to be reviewed.] Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of [England and Wales placeholder: confirm].
