The Reply-in-5 guarantee
A delivery guarantee, not an outcome promise.
What does the OpenAtoZ guarantee cover?
It covers Reply-in-5. If it is not live and passing a test enquiry within 48 hours of you giving access, you pay nothing. If within 30 days of handover you decide it is not worth it, it is removed from your account and you are refunded in full. It does not promise jobs or revenue.
How it works in practice
- The 48-hour clock starts when access has been granted and the form exists. Delays caused on the client side pause it.
- Refunds go back by the same payment method within 7 days.
- Removal means deleting the triggers and script project, confirmed in writing. Your sheet and data stay with you.
The exact wording
This is the wording used in every Reply-in-5 scope and invoice.
Working in 48 hours, or you pay nothing.
Once you've given me access, I'll have Reply-in-5 live and passing a test enquiry within 48 hours. If it isn't, you pay nothing, and I'll refund anything you've paid.
30-day remove-and-refund.
If, within 30 days of handover, you decide it isn't worth it, tell me. I'll remove the script and triggers from your account (your sheet and data stay with you) and refund what you paid in full.
What I don't promise
A number of jobs, bookings or extra revenue. I promise the system works as described.
