What can you automate for a small business?

Mostly the copy-and-paste work between Gmail, Forms and Sheets: instant replies to enquiries, lead logging, owner alerts, simple daily or weekly reports, and tidying data from emails or documents. I fix one repetitive task at a time, properly, rather than selling you a platform, and I will say if something is not worth automating.

Which tools do you build with?

Google Apps Script with Sheets, Gmail, Forms, Calendar and Drive; n8n self-hosted on your own server; and Make.com or Zapier where you already use them. AI steps are added only where they help, such as sorting enquiries, summarising emails or drafting replies that a person approves before anything is sent.

How is my data handled?

Everything is built in your accounts, so your customers' data stays with you. I ask only for the access a job needs and hand it back at the end. I keep no copies after handover and never feed your data to free AI tiers that train on what you give them.

How much does an automation cost?

Each job gets a fixed price for a fixed scope, agreed in writing before any work starts. Because jobs vary a lot, there is no one-size price list. You get a short scope that lists what will be built, what you will own, what is out of scope and the delivery date.

What’s included and what it costs

One-off fixed prices unless marked monthly. Nothing is charged until the scope is agreed in writing.

How a project runs

  1. Describe the task

Tell me the job that eats your week. I ask a few sharp questions: which tools you use, how many enquiries or records, who needs alerting.

  2. Fixed-price scope

You get a short written scope: what gets built, what you will own, what is out of scope, the delivery date and the price.

  3. Build and test with fictional data

The build happens in your accounts with the least access needed, tested first with made-up data so no real customer is affected.

  4. Live test together

We run a real test, such as a test enquiry through your own form, and you check the result yourself.

  5. Handover

A written guide, a list of every trigger and permission, how to switch it off, and access handed back.

Tell me what you need done

Describe the job in a few lines. You get a fixed-price scope, or an honest “not for me”.

Do I need to pay for software?

Usually not. Builds use tools you already have, such as Google Workspace or free Gmail. If a paid tool would genuinely help, I will tell you its cost before you decide.

What do I own at the end?

Everything: the form, the sheet, the scripts or workflows, the templates and the written guide. There is no licence from me and nothing to cancel.

Will AI send messages without a person checking?

Only if you want it to and it is safe. By default, AI drafts replies for a human to approve.
