What is OpenAtoZ?
OpenAtoZ is a UK sole-trader service run by Bill that gets practical jobs done for small businesses, from A to Z: instant enquiry replies, AI and workflow automation, websites, content and lead lists. Each job has a fixed scope, is built in accounts you own and is handed over with plain-English notes. There is no lock-in.

How it works
How does a project work?
You describe the job and I ask a few sharp questions. Then I send a fixed-price scope that lists what gets built, what you will own, what is out of scope and the delivery date. I build and test with fictional data, run a live test with you, and hand over a written guide.

Fixed-price scope
You get a short written scope: what gets built, what you will own, what is out of scope, the delivery date and the price.
Build and test with fictional data
The build happens in your accounts with the least access needed, tested first with made-up data so no real customer is affected.
Live test together
We run a real test, such as a test enquiry through your own form, and you check the result yourself.
Handover
A written guide, a list of every trigger and permission, how to switch it off, and access handed back.

What is guaranteed?
Reply-in-5 comes with two promises. It will be live and passing a test enquiry within 48 hours of you giving access, or you pay nothing. And if you decide within 30 days of handover that it is not worth it, I will remove it and refund you in full. I do not promise jobs or revenue.

Once you've given me access, I'll have Reply-in-5 live and passing a test enquiry within 48 hours. If it isn't, you pay nothing, and I'll refund anything you've paid.
30-day remove-and-refund.
If, within 30 days of handover, you decide it isn't worth it, tell me. I'll remove the script and triggers from your account (your sheet and data stay with you) and refund what you paid in full.
What I don't promise
A number of jobs, bookings or extra revenue. I promise the system works as described.

Who is behind OpenAtoZ?
Bill, a UK-based sole trader who builds practical automations and web projects. OpenAtoZ is just starting, so there are no client reviews or case studies yet. The portfolio shows working demos built with fictional data, each labelled as a demo.
Do I have to pay a monthly fee?
No. Work is priced as a one-off fixed fee and runs in accounts you own. Optional monthly care for Reply-in-5 is £39 and can be cancelled any time.
Who owns what you build?
You do: the forms, sheets, scripts, workflows, templates and written guide. There is no licence from me and nothing to cancel.
Do you have reviews?
Not yet. Real reviews will be added only from real clients, with their permission. Nothing on this site is a client result.
Does Reply-in-5 answer phone calls?
No. It handles written enquiries: website forms, WhatsApp and lead-platform alerts. If missed calls are the problem, I will say so.
Where do you work?
Remotely, for businesses across the UK, during UK hours.
