Bark & Checkatrade alert logging

Lead-platform alerts starred, labelled and logged with their arrival time, so a new lead never sits unseen in your inbox.

What does lead-alert logging do?

It watches your Gmail for lead alerts from Bark, Checkatrade or MyBuilder, stars and labels each one, and adds a row to a Google Sheet with the arrival time, platform and minutes taken to log it. Combined with Gmail app notifications, it helps you notice a new lead straight away instead of hours later.

Can it reply to the customer for me?

No. On these platforms you reply inside the platform itself, so the logger cuts the time it takes you to notice a lead, not the reply. Alert formats for Checkatrade and MyBuilder are confirmed on your first real alert, and the search is adjusted then if needed.

What’s included

  • Gmail search tuned to your platform alerts
  • Forwarded alerts and repeat alerts in one thread both logged
  • Sheet tab with arrival time, platform and minutes to log
  • No double-logging when it runs again

How it works

  1. Describe the task

Tell me the job that eats your week. I ask a few sharp questions: which tools you use, how many enquiries or records, who needs alerting.

  2. Fixed-price scope

You get a short written scope: what gets built, what you will own, what is out of scope, the delivery date and the price.

  3. Build and test with fictional data

The build happens in your accounts with the least access needed, tested first with made-up data so no real customer is affected.

  4. Live test together

We run a real test, such as a test enquiry through your own form, and you check the result yourself.

  5. Handover

A written guide, a list of every trigger and permission, how to switch it off, and access handed back.

Is this sold separately?

It is included in every Reply-in-5 install, from £149. It can also be quoted on its own.

Was it tested?

Yes, in a demo harness with fictional alerts: direct, forwarded and same-thread alerts were all logged, a newsletter was ignored, and a second run did not double-log.
