The goal
Offer the same instant-reply idea to businesses that prefer self-hosted n8n over Google Apps Script.
What was built
- Website enquiry webhook and an optional n8n-hosted form
- Business settings, a "valid email and message?" check and a spam check
- AI-drafted reply step (client’s own key) with a parser
- Gmail instant reply, Gmail owner alert, Google Sheets lead log and a rejected-entries tab
What we learned
Keeping invalid or empty submissions on their own tab makes it easy to see spam and broken forms without cluttering the real lead list.
Limits, stated plainly
Placeholder credentials. Not yet imported into a live n8n instance, so no live timings exist.
