DEMO – not a client project
This website: a fast, accessible static site
The OpenAtoZ site itself: static pages, structured data, no trackers, and measured Lighthouse scores.

The goal
Build a fast, accessible marketplace-style site that search engines and AI answer tools can read easily, with no third-party trackers.
What was built
- Static HTML generated by a small Python script
- Self-hosted brand fonts and SVG illustrations
- JSON-LD for Organization, ProfessionalService, Service, FAQPage, HowTo and BreadcrumbList
- llms.txt, llms-full.txt, sitemap with images, robots.txt
- A Cloudflare Pages Function stub for the contact form
What we learned
Plain static pages with self-hosted fonts and no third-party scripts reach high Lighthouse scores without special tricks.
Limits, stated plainly
Measured locally in headless Chrome, not on the live web. Not deployed yet. The contact form endpoint is a stub.
How it was tested: real results

Tell me what you need done
Describe the job in a few lines. You get a fixed-price scope, or an honest “not for me”.
Is this a client project?
No. DEMO – not a client project. It was built and tested with fictional data.
Are the numbers real?
Yes: they come from the actual tests and files of this build. Anything simulated is labelled as simulated.
